Drawing from years of experience applying a restorative approach within complex organizational dynamics, we’ll share a hopeful vision—one that’s grounded in research and practical strategies for meaningful change within your workplace.
In this highly interactive 3-hour workshop, participants will:
- Learn four guiding principles to cultivate a restorative workplace culture.
- Examine the role of power and authority in shaping workplace culture.
- Experience how dignity and belonging is fostered through collaborative decision-making and structures.
- Discover the benefits of facilitative leadership and its impact on workplace well-being.
- Explore what meaningful repair looks like when conflict and harm occurs.
- Connect with like-minded professionals and integrate learning over happy hour networking!
