Terri Kalaski, M.A.

Consultant and Project Director

Terri received her Masters in Restorative Justice from the University of Hull, England. With vast expertise ranging from leadership development to curriculum design, Terri’s experience also includes marketing, strategic planning, coaching and mentoring, and policy development.

Terri’s career as a contractor/consultant has provided her the opportunity to engage with corporate, education, health and justice sectors. Her vocational journey has taken her from Autodesk Inc.’s inaugural international advisory council in education, to designing and implementing Skills Canada BC’s regional model for expansion, to establishing restorative justice programs for the RCMP in the South Okanagan, British Columbia. She has also participated on the leadership team of a large-scale quality improvement process undertaken by Doctor’s of BC, coaching 25 communities throughout BC. Along the way she has received recognition for her work, most recently, receiving the 2015 Premiers Award for Promoting Innovation and Excellence in Program Development.

Terri lives with her husband and standard poodle pup, Murphy. She loves spending time with her 3 grandkids and can frequently be found on the water, either kayaking or exploring BC waters on their Nordic Tug. Terri volunteers as a crisis responder for Kids Help Phone.
