In our decades of experience catalyzing change within organizations toward more restorative ways of being, we’ve had front row seats to what works…and what doesn’t. We’ve learned, failed, and triumphed alongside the courageous folks in the organizations we’ve partnered with, and here’s what we know: authentic community and relationships of trust are the great catalyzers of change. It’s true for transforming large, complex systems right down to transforming ourselves.
It’s for this reason that Just Outcomes is launching a Leadership Learning Lab in January 2025 – a facilitated space for a small group of leaders to gather to explore what it means to align themselves more deeply with restorative principles. A space to catalyze change within themselves, so they can better serve and shape the organizations they’re leading.
Meeting virtually for two hours on the first and third Tuesday of the month, this learning community will gather around the following three objectives:
- to connect;
- to co-conspire; and
- to integrate
The Leadership Learning Lab experience includes the practice of community through Circle, peer mentorship through collaborating on real-time challenges/opportunities from the group members’ respective contexts, mentorship through guest speakers on topics related to restorative leadership, and opportunities for reflection and the integration of learning.
