What would it look like to have our shared humanity centered in our workplaces? Would a more relational approach provide a way through the complex challenges that modern workplaces face?
Join this timely conversation by reading Just Outcomes’ recent report, “A New Era: Toward a Restorative Approach for Workplace Culture, Conflict and Crisis.” After decades of applying restorative approaches within complex organizational dynamics, we have a hopeful message – and actionable ideas – to share that are backed by a growing pool of multi-disciplinary research. We have set out to offer an accessible resource for workplace leaders and employees alike to consider the opportunities and pitfalls of applying restorative approaches at work.
In this report, we honor the wide cross-section of leaders and scholars, from fields including Human Resources, Business Ethics and Organizational Development, who are thinking differently about what success and productivity means and requires in the workplace. And we honor that the restorative approach explored in this report holds many resonances with Indigenous nations on every continent who have centered relational ways of being since time began.
To explore how principles such as dignity, belonging, repair, and transformation offer a compass that guides us through complexity toward personal and collective wellbeing, we invite you to read our report.
