Leadership Learning Lab

Available to workplace leaders with prior training or experience in restorative approaches, participants of this learning community will come together to share experiences and provide mutual support, inquiry, and analysis. This is a place to live into restorative values and practices with others who share your curiosity about what it looks like to lead restoratively.

Through community, we will reflect on and find new creative ways to transform our workplace cultures while exploring what it means to align our presence and leadership style with the powerful principles of restorative justice.

Just Outcomes will offer coordination, facilitation, and content expertise. Agendas are coordinated by Just Outcomes but created in collaboration with members through a collective prioritization process. Each lab will follow a process that facilitates the three goals of this learning community: to connect with each other in your shared journey in principled leadership; to collaborate and conspire on real-time issues and the questions that emerge; and, to integrate our learning.

As a member of this community, you will:

• join us every 1st and 3rd Tuesday from 9 am – 11 am PT, with a maximum of 12 participants per session;
• have ongoing access to other leaders across North America actively cultivating their leadership skills;
• contribute electronically to establish and prioritize meeting agendas; and,
• receive a 20% discount for other leaders and members of your organization to attend the online Restorative Leadership Training.

Previous training from/experience working with Just Outcomes or in restorative justice required. If you have not previously received other services or training from us, or have no experience with restorative approaches in the workplace, our Restorative Leadership Training can act as a gateway for access to the Leadership Learning Lab.
